The PA manages their own daily operations following BLI’s bullet point requirements. The 50/50 NGP (Net Gross Profit) model allows YOU to control your own budgets without burdensome endless meetings. This model ensures that PAs can focus on operations and building their business.

The Net Gross Profit (NGP) is a crucial component of our partnership model, representing the revenue generated by our Partner-Agents. This income allows PAs to develop and expand their agencies according to the agent's vision and goals.
